i think my blog has been stagnant for quite a while already... so here i am to post again.
well let's see... school's been busy lately (as usual). but the good thing is that our group's gpp is doing well, thanks to me i guess. my talk-crap-anyhow-say presentation managed to convince mr chew that our idea was original and good enough, although i myself think otherwise. but who cares, my pw teacher says it's good enough and i'll leave it at that.
econs test yesterday was a major flop, or at least i think so. for the first question i just vomitted everything out from the notes and i don't know if i answered the question. for the second part, didn't manage to complete cos i think i spent too much time vomiting for the first part. poor time management, booo. maths test next week, and i think it'll be another disaster for me. boom.
training... hmmm... ok i guess... but i don't think i've improved much. that's sad. oh btw, this morning i was training at gombak stadium with rv. when we were doing one leg hop, there was this photographer taking pictures of us, and i noticed that he kept taking my picture. i think i must have either been too handsome or too pro. omg, why am i speaking like leon... ahhhhhh. i think i'm ugly and lousy. yep, that's more like it.
it's gonna be may very soon. time is flying ridiculously fast.

did my napfa yesterday. finally it's over and done with, pe lessons are going to be so much better from now on. regarding my test, i'm not sure if should be satisfied with it. improved tremendously for standing broad jump and sit-and-reach. i guess all that weights training really helped. especially sit-and-reach. that distance was a big jump from my miserable result last year. barely missed an A for pull-up, and that cost me my perfect score. scraped a pb for my 2.4km run, but it much slower than my target. well, the run wasn't nice either, since i did the entire course on lanes 3, 4 and 5. lanes 1 and 2 were clogged by the human traffic.
went down to gombak stadium to watch the races today. the 800m race was exciting i must say, except for the fact that nabil came in first, cos that was so expected. that monster did a 2 flat, i though he was gonna go for sub 2 for a while. zhenjie was second with 2:06.19. congrats dude! third was zhang jinwei, and jonathan lost to him by merely 0.5s. awwwwwww. nvm, i guess luck isn't on our side this time.
end of nationals juniors. next race - njc sports meet. lol...

it was during gp lesson today. the teacher was asking us to read this passage and identify the themes in each paragraph. and the teacher was like, "i've found 15. how many did u guys find?" i looked down at my paper.

it's more obvious now why i got a c5 for e.lit. anw, it would be super embarrassing if my gp class knows i used to take lit. watever. maybe i should train myself by trying to understand at least 1% of gabriels blog entries. current record is ard 0%. who can beat that?
training today. well, it's kinda good, considering the fact that it didnt rain and the sun was merciful today. saturday there's napfa. hope i can smash my pb. not break, smash. as for pull-ups, i think no more A this year. deproved quite a bit.
this sunday is 800m finals for national juniors. wonder if zhenjie will create another upset. i'm so looking forward to watching that race. nabil, jinwei, zhenjie, jonathan etc. whoo.

watever. and my pi kena rejected again. i dunno wat is he thinking la, or probably i'm just plain lousy at this. another big headache. my head's really gonna explode soon. i hate pw! argh. have to somehow try and drag myself through this ordeal. cant wait for jc life to be over, when it had only just begun...

well, cross-country season's finally over. to all those who ran their hearts out on the 12th of april: well done. finally u guys can take a well deserved break. though the results might not have been satisfying, wat matters is that u guys have gave everything u've got, and that's enough already.
whew, time sure flies...
target: national inter-school track and field championships
3 months to go...

argh. getting headache all the time. it has been going on for a while already, and it feels horribly painful after trainings. think i'm under too much pressure... hmm.... cannot be... it's only 1 atmospheric pressure.
ok, trying to think of lame things to see if will help cure my splitting headache but apparently it didnt help.
the homework pile seems to be increasing with each passing day. everytime i attempt one, more will come. it's like i'm having negative work done. maybe i should just not do any. since work done = force x distance, if don't apply any force, work done will be zero, and zero is more than negative. hey! that's more work done. so everyone, let's slack.
ok i'm just kidding. don't tell that to the physics tutors or they'll come looking for me.
Jiayou team NJ for nationals tmr. All the best everyone!
and also, good luck to team carrot.

i think i shouldn't talk about national juniors here, or i might just start to curse and swear. well, my timing was off, that's all i can say.
and i lost my watch. how am i going to survive
well, on the other hand, had a rather insightful talk with qing xiang and jonathan at westmall after that. qing xiang is bloody rich now, go and ask him how much he earns from tutoring ppl every month and u'll know what i'm talking about. he treated us to coffee bean anw xD
learnt a lot of stuff from the conversation we had, about training, about runners and some stuff about the batch of rv trackers before us. quite interesting i must say =)
i have so many things to worry about now. oh my...

when you're young, you have all the time in the world, but you can't do anything much. when you grow older, you have so many things you want to do and yet, there is not enough time.
that's what the speaker for the career and scholarship talk (the MINDEF one) said today, and i think that's so very true, obviously.
if only i could manipulate time...
well, better stop daydreaming about something unrealistic... shall continue with my tutorials...

rain, rain go away. come again whenever i don't have training! it seriously sucks to run on a wet track. it had been raining non-stop for the past few trainings. the worst so far was yesterday's. it was raining elephants and rhinos (dogs and cats too small) before training began and the track was partially flooded for a while. yea, flooded. when we ran on the track after that, every step i took was accompanied by this squishing sound and it feels... yucky.
been feeling very tired lately. i don't think it's because of the schoolwork although i must admit that i'm having a lot of trouble coping with them. my muscles are aching for every training. it's so bad that i'm having problems climbing stairs now. it's a mircale that i'm able to get to lessons on time in nj. bleh.
what's wrong with me... argh...
'jc life's gonna be very hectic'. that was being told to me time and again during orientation. i'm not even done with the first few months yet and i'm dying from excess info trying to squeeze into my puny brain alraedy. not enough memory i guess(sounds like computer). and project work! another big headache.

enrichment week's finally over. wat a boring week it had been... but it sure is nice to have a decent chill out with my friends during the free time we had. and i realised that it's very difficult to be a table-tennis and a tennis player at the same time. try playing both sports and you'll know why.
food trail. extremely disappointed. lousy. what more can i say? the only effect it had on me was that it almost made me puke after my third set of 200m during training. now i've learnt not to have such high expectations for programmes organised by njc ever again, although i should have known that in the past. well, i'm also aware that some others enjoyed that their enrichment classes thoroughly. well, maybe i'm just unlucky.
and i haven't touch any tutorials! die...
i've come to realised that blog hopping can be a good source of entertainment for the bored people, especially those who tend to stone in front of the monitor. so for those who needs to spice up their life a little, trying picking up some blog hopping skills. no prerequisites required.
training was rather ok yesterday. but i've been feeling very tired lately. i felt like i was gonna faint anytime. too much tennis i guess... but it doesn't matter. i've been looking forward to training all the time. partly because of all the jokes told during training.
had dinner at some dunno-wat place with the trackers ytd. the food was good i must say (oishii neh). and yes sharon, the stingray is very nice. thanks.
registered for 400m and 800m for nationals juniors. i requested for 800m actually, just to see what i can do. let's hope i don't get trashed...
heard how pandian massacred the rvians+zhenjie+jonathan+subaish again. thank god i overslept.
happy april fool's day! (no, there wasn't any joke in my entry. serious!)
