ran 4x400m yesterday. yong hao was suppose to run for us, but he didnt know. so jj had to pia down to run in his place (thx jj). zhenjie couldn't run, cos he had 400m finals before that, and he came in 4th, 53s again, whoa... michelle also came in 4th in 400m girls u-17. our 4x4 team consisted of jj, darius, yeowlin and me. i did a 58s again, overall timing was 4.01, overall position was 10th. hmmm, this nationals i will be looking forward to 4x400m. we can get into the finals with zhenjie in the team. haha, i wanna ran in national stadium xP
